Okay, some friends and I remember having heard this from somewhere but just can't nail down where that was, though most of us are PRETTY conviced it was an old flash somewhere here on newgrounds. Does ANYONE recognize this, and could possibly provide a link to the flash we're thinking of?

I was surpised my link would end up here at some point.
I first found that tune around 2006 or 2007 in this flash: https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/314964
Contacted the original guy after i found him regarding the tune and then he gave me a link to this page: http://www.flashkit.com/soundfx/
More than that i do not know, i'm still looking for it as we speak.
Oh and, if you wish to extract it, look for a sound titled "Streaming Sound316.mp3", that's the one used.
